All springs on a flute board.

Newly fit replacement headcork. Adjust headcork and crown. Headjoint tenon adjusted for fit.

Fit and waxed headjoint. All pads removed. All keycorks removed.

Body before buffing. Buffing body and keywork. Buffed and cleaned piccolo.

Tone holes leveled. Reusable springs in the posts. Cleaning hinge tubes.

Polishing key rods. Swedging keys to remove all end play. Adjusting keys for function.

Here's a shot of the pic being pre-creased, and then clamped until it cools. Placing the piccolo in the pad oven. Play test.
