All screws and rods on a sax board. Disassembled keywork with old pads. Old pads removed.

Keywork before cleaning. Filing tone holes. De-burring toneholes.

Blowing off metal filings. Filed tone holes. Keywork chem bath.

Body and neck chem bath. Placement of unsoldered post. Re-soldering post.

Polishing key rods. All new key corks and pads. Cleaning hinge tubes.

Newly assembled neck. Closed-key assembly. Pre-creasing the upper stack.

Fully assembled, ready for the pad oven. Placing in the pad oven. Oven-creased lower stack pads.

Final key height adjustments. Removing play from the upper stack. Replacement Low "B" roller and rod.
